Founder, Appraiser

With over 25 years of experience in the Oklahoma market, John oversees the overall direction of the company. As a Certified Appraiser, he also performs appraisals and trains new appraisers ensuring the quality and continuation of the service that has become the hallmark of OAMCO's service.

MELISSA HADLEY

Director of Operations

Melissa has been with OAMCO from the beginning. With a 30+ year background in Real Estate Sales and Appraisal Management, she excels in the "human touch" that defines our service. She oversees the day-to-day operations and is always available to both our clients and appraisers.

CHERYL McCAUL

Appraisal Coordinator

Cheryl serves as the primary liaison between our lending partners and our field appraiser panel.  You are most likely to hear Cheryl's smiling voice when you call OAMCO for an update.  She is always ready to help both the client and the appraiser navigate the process.
